The owner of the Isla refinery has placed advertisements in various newspapers. The topic of conversation is the future of the refinery. The lease contract with PdVSA ends on December 31 and no new partner has yet been found.
The meeting at the World Trade Center is only open to people with a valid Isla work pass.
