WILLEMSTAD - Venezuelans who are stranded in Curaçao or in Venezuela will soon be able to use a repatriation flight. The Venezuelan authorities have agreed. Several requirements must be met.
Curaçao Handling Agent confirms this. The company sells the tickets and says that a minimum of 100 passengers must book from Curaçao, otherwise the flight will be canceled.
People traveling from Caracas to Curaçao must apply for a travel permit. Upon arrival in Curaçao, they must self-quarantine for fourteen days. Venezuelans in Curaçao who want to board the flight will have to submit a negative PCR test 72 hours before departure.
They can book until September 16. It is not yet known when the flight will take place exactly, according to Curaçao Handling Agent.
