WILLEMSTAD - Tomorrow the new helicopter will arrive in Curaçao. Here the aircraft will replace the crashed NH90.
The NH90 crashed into the sea near Aruba on July 19. Two of the four occupants, including the pilot, were killed. The N110 is now ready for transport at Eindhoven Air Base.
It is the same type of aircraft. The helicopter will board a Boeing C-17 aircraft. One of the main parts, the Main Rotor Blades, had to be disassembled for this. It is not yet known what time the aircraft will arrive at Hato.
