WILLEMSTAD - Royal Holding Company has applied for a license for a marina in Zakito district. This was announced by the Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning (VVRP).
In the permit, the company asks to be allowed to construct the necessary structures and to be allowed to carry out the work on the basis of Article 20 of the National Ordinance Maritime Management. Minister of VVRP Charles Cooper says that he is currently processing the request and must make the request public according to the law.
In six weeks, the ministry will respond to the application for the permit. Until January 16, 2023, stakeholders can give their opinion and input on the plans for a marina.
