WILLEMSTAD - Residents of Curaçao who want to come back must prove that they are registered at the civil registry (Kranshi). Also, they need to show a return ticket as proof that they got stranded in another country after the Curaçao borders were closed on March 13.
On that date it was announced that Curaçao closed the airspace for flights from Europe. Under those conditions, residents can get permission to fly back without paying quarantine fees. That was clarified this morning during the press conference.
