WILLEMSTAD - Lack of money is the reason that far too little is being done in rehabilitation projects in prison. Minister of Justice Quincy Girigorie said that yesterday during a press conference.
That is why the minister has started looking for partners in the private sector who want to help set up such projects. The minister mentioned resocialization projects of great importance for the prison, but also for society.
A person has recently been appointed to lead the projects.
