WILLEMSTAD, PHILIPSBURG - The Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (CBCS) has taken note of the opinion article (not published by Curaçao Chronicle) by former managing director of Ennia, Mr. Reinald Curiel, which was published in the media. The CBCS sees no need to respond to comments made by former Ennia-directors who are held liable for wrongful acts that have led to adopting the emergency measure with respect to Ennia.
As previously communicated, the CBCS will continue to focus on the restructuring of ENNIA to safeguard the interests of the policy holders.
