WILLEMSTAD - For flights from Curaçao to the Netherlands, no negative PCR test is required and no rapid test. This is according to Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath.
Rhuggenaath admits that the letter sent by the ministry in The Hague last night was not clear. It stated that there was no exception for the new travel restriction and at the same time it stated that it would apply to high-risk countries.
After contact with The Hague and the Representative of the Netherlands in Willemstad, there was clarity.
