WILLEMSTAD - The man who shot the Chinese Huang Wang Sheng in October during an assault, must serve a prison sentence of 18 years. At least that was the Public Prosecution Service is demanding from the Court of Justice.
In that robbery, a second robber was killed by Sheng, who was then shot by, as is argued by the OM, the suspect. He was recognized by his bowed legs by witnesses. The judge announced that he will pronounce sentencing in three weeks.
