WILLEMSTAD - Robbie dos Santos can await his trial in freedom. The examining magistrate determined this today on a request for the suspension of his pre-trial detention.
According to his lawyers, the Public Prosecution Service does not have sufficient evidence to link Dos Santos to involvement in the murder of Helmin Wiels.
