WILLEMSTAD - The ruling in the Clean Air Everywhere lawsuit against the state has been postponed again. It is the third time this has happened. The old environmental standards should have been adjusted by September, but the government has appealed.
These are the standards that the new operator of the refinery will also have to meet. The verdict is now scheduled for February 9.
