WILLEMSTAD - The Safe Traffic Association (VVV) is concerned about a dangerous traffic situation on the Emancipation Boulevard Dominico F. 'Don' Martina. VVV president Riglène Cristina wants to warn pedestrians that caution is advised when using this road.
This mainly concerns the median strip that runs from the intersection at Aqualectra to the Freezone. The berm is completely covered with tall plants, making pedestrians poorly visible and even having to step over the guardrail.
VVV is now calling on Public Roads to inspect and improve the situation.
