According to the SDKK management, it is not true and messages like this damage the image of the prison, as well as the professional character of the medical department in the detention facility.
The prisoner says authorities shot him, after which he lost four fingers while undergoing medical treatment at the CMC.
Prison officials say the man in question only had one finger on his hand when he entered the SDKK.
The man states that he is in Curaçao for the first time and has no family or friends here who could explain misinformation about his health situation. It is not clear yet where this man is from.
