WILLEMSTAD - The Social and Economic Council believes that the legislation and regulations that the government sends for advice are of poor quality. This is apparent from the SER's 2018 annual report.
It is not the first time the organization has indicated this. There is often a lack of substantiated financing and an analysis of the monetary consequences for public finances. If that does not change, it will affect the fundamental principles of good governance.
