WILLEMSTAD - The Social and Economic Council (SER) believes that the top incomes of the Court of Justice should also be cut. Until now, the Court has been excluded from both the cap on top incomes and the 12.5 percent cut on fringe benefits.
The SER calls this decision 'little solidarity' of the Court. The cut exception applies to the Attorney General, the Solicitor General, the Chief Prosecutor, the President, the Board of Directors and the Council of Law Enforcement.
The SER advises the government to reconsider its position on this.
