THE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD - The date of the hearing for the appeal against the budgetary instruction for the Curaçao government is known. The Council of State of the Kingdom will hold this hearing on November 14.
On July 12, the Kingdom Council of Ministers decided to give Curaçao a budgetary instruction due to the dire financial situation of the government. Curaçao appealed against this because the situation in Venezuela was not be taken into account enough.
The session on 14 November is public and starts at 9 a.m. Dutch time.
