WILLEMSTAD -Prison warden Urny Floran confirms that a conflict arose yesterday morning between a group of detained locals and a group of detained Venezuelans.
The situation got out of hand. The police confirmed that one of the prisoners was shot. A Venezuelan man was shot in the leg and taken to the Curaçao Medical Center.
