WILLEMSTAD - Frente Amplio started a signature campaign this week in favor of keeping the refinery open. That happened with a meeting in the Santa Maria community center.
The organization wants to force the government to do everything possible to ensure that the refinery does not close due to the major impact this would have on the socio-economic situation of Curaçao.
