WILLEMSTAD - The Churandy Martina Foundation has received a check worth 7,600 guilders from the winners of the Spigt Dutch Caribbean Open 2021 tournament. Spigt's law firm announced that it would donate one hundred guilders per participant to a charity of the winning team's choice.
During the tournament, 76 players in teams of four competed for the trophy at Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. Optique Ana's team won the title for the third time. The Wine Factory came up just three shots short of beating the winning team. Third place went to the Candybox team.

The check will be donated to the Churandy Martina foundation. A new foundation established to create equal opportunities. Martina was also one of the participants of the tournament and thanked the Optique Ana team for their choice.
