WILLEMSTAD - Coming together during the 19th Annual Female Leadership Conference in Curaçao on May 28 and 29, 2022, both physical and virtual means charging your professional battery, especially after the pandemia experience that for sure impacted workforces.
The conference starts on Saturday, May 28, with a focus on 'Gender Identity" and awesome speakers and an opportunity to learn about other realities in the workforce.
There is also the presentation of the 2022 Outstanding Woman, a woman older than 60 years, from the Caribbean and who during her professional life is or did something that still benefits other women, and of the 'Margaret Star' to stimulate young ambitious people who are working to create a better world.
On Sunday the conference will turn into a Success Workshop facilitated by Bright Ideas & Services where participants get the opportunity to plan for success based on exercises, tips, and own efforts. The Success Workshop is where participants can fill the gaps they know they have in their career, something that for most people who worked hard to get a diploma cannot be denied.
And this workshop is the continuation of every year again work on upgrading each participant as intended when it started in 2004, keeping the focus on professionals and their environment, either private or at work.
The whole idea is that if you focus on success and take the right actions you will be successful.
Participants will get again valuable information for themselves and tips on how to be when challenges at work appear specifically when challenges can touch your position.
