WILLEMSTAD - The local couple suspected of abducting and abusing a 17-year-old Dutch intern earlier this year are also suspected of other crimes.
Earlier this year, they allegedly mistreated a Venezuelan lady in the Banda’bou area and stole the woman's car.
The police indicated that this investigation has their full attention. The two remain behind bars pending their court date.
