WILLEMSTAD - The boats of Velas Latinoamérica left St. Anna Bay on Sunday morning. The three participating flagships are now on their way to Mexico.
The Capitan Miranda from Uruguay, Cisne Branco from Brazil and the Cuauhtemoc from Mexico were waved off with a ceremonial salute during the so-called 'sail out'.
Visitors were able to visit the boats for the last time on Friday. The event was festively concluded with a concert by Alberto Barros.
