WILLEMSTAD - The tax department will soon have a call center. This is reported by Minister of Finance Javier Silvania on social media.
The minister met on Tuesday with consultancy firm Ernst & Young (EY). A project is being launched in collaboration with EY to improve customer service at the tax authorities. This includes setting up a call center.
According to Silvania, the call center will also create many new jobs.
