WILLEMSTAD - For many years people on Curaçao have been able to watch international TV channels through the so-called TDS "box". After the takeover of UTS by the Flow company, TDS continued to exist for a while, but this weekend the company announced that it is now really over with TDS.
Customers who have not yet switched are advised to take the step to Flow. The fact that TDS is now discontinuing it has to do with the permit the company has received from the government. It expired on March 31. As of this month, all customers who have not made the switch to Flow will no longer be able to watch television via their TDS box.
