WILLEMSTAD - On Saturday 8 January, teachers in Curaçao will have the opportunity to get a booster shot. Sport complex SDK creates a separate row for teachers and other school staff. Schools will then reopen on Monday 10 January.
That decision was made in consultation with the school boards, said Minister van Heydoorn. According to Prime Minister Pisas, the schools need more preparation time for the reopening, for example to clean the school buildings.
