THE HAGUE - The Dutch House of Representatives is also critical of the draft Consensus Kingdom Act for the establishment of the Caribbean body for reform and development (COHO). The criticism focuses on the process followed (by the Netherlands), the conditions imposed and the choice for an independent Dutch administrative body.
The D66 party is the least enthusiastic of the governing parties. The group speaks of "mixed feelings". The party makes clear that it prefers to see COHO's tasks transferred to a common body. The most critical is the BIJ1 party, which burns the Dutch approach to the ground.
