THE HAGUE - The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations has taken stock of the food aid provided to Curaçao, Aruba and Sint Maarten (CAS countries) in the context of the corona crisis.
A total of 85.4 million euros was transferred to the countries via the Red Cross for this and last year. Unlike the liquidity support, it concerns a donation. In the course of this year, the CAS countries will finance the food aid that has now been significantly scaled down from their budgets.
