WILLEMSTAD - The number of 10 to 19-year olds who commit an assault is increasing. Minister of Justice Girigorie presented these figures to the Members of Parliament this week.
Forty-four of these criminals were under twenty. Those who are subsequently caught come in a special program to get them and keep them on the right path.
