WILLEMSTAD - The Wharf Curaçao reached a construction milestone last week with the preparation to finish pouring concrete for the living and pool deck. This will take place soon. Furthermore, the construction of the towers and apartments is in full force. The northern tower is going fast, and the finishing touches are being made to some of the apartments. The intention of the project developer, Heren2) is to develop one of the apartments in the northern tower, which will serve as a model home.
The Wharf Curaçao is located at "the Kleine werf", and next to the well-known "Handelskade", consists of top-level apartments for people who demand a lot from their personal environment.
The construction of this project which is part of Curaçao Ports Authority's Saint Anna Bay Masterplan started late 2020 and will be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
