KRALENDIJK - There were thirteen people in the two drug boats that were intercepted yesterday between Curaçao and Bonaire. Their nationality has not been disclosed.

After the station ship Groningen had intercepted a first boat with eight people and returned to Bonaire, the patrol encountered a second boat with five people.
Both boats contained approximately 2,900 kilograms of drugs. This brings the total number of kilograms this year to almost 10,000 in nine interceptions.
