WILLEMSTAD - Three parties have submitted a written offer for the private sale of the Plaza Hotel. An advertisement from debt collector’s office CL Villanueva in local media shows that the debt collector had to submit a served letter from 4 September to the owners of the Plaza Hotel.
As is known, the hotel will be auctioned on September 17, but no address of the (former) shareholders is known nor are they represented in Curaçao. Therefore, the debt collector had to place an ad in local media. Parties had the option to make a written offer up to fourteen days before the auction,
The Plaza Hotel will be sold by auction at the Naaldijk notary's office on 17 September. If the price is set too high, the property will be immediately sold per auction.
