WILLEMSTAD - During a large-scale inspection of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Economic Development, at Bandábou, two snèks (snack bars) were closed. One at Pannekoek and one at Groot Sta. Martha.
Both businesses served alcohol to their clients. Warnings were issued in five other snèks because there were too many people who did not keep their distance. Sometimes even after curfew.
In view of the many violations, the Inspectorate will also check on Bandábou in the coming days.
