Leuteria was sentenced to 18 years in prison in 2006 for two murders he committed in 2002. According to his lawyer, it is better for the rehabilitation of Leuteria that he can be released early. The public prosecutor does not agree and emphasized that telephones and drugs have been found in Leuteria's cell several times. The judge will rule in three weeks.
