WILLEMSTAD - The driver who killed a German tourist last August has to go to jail for two years. At least that is the demand of the Public Prosecution Service (OM).
Rutger H. was heavily under the influence of alcohol when he came to the wrong side of the road at Kolonie and collided head-on with an oncoming car.
28-year-old German Andre Dieter Hester died of his injuries on the spot. The judge rules on April 17.
