WILLEMSTAD - The political party Un Kambio Pa Korsou has filed a complaint with Pacheco Römer, Chairman of the Supreme Electoral Council (SEC). Party leader Raichel Sintjacoba files the complaint on behalf of the party.
According to Sint Jacoba, all ballots should be declared invalid. This is based on the requirements in the electoral regulations, which show that the dimensions of the photo of the party leader were not correct on the ballot papers.
The black and white ballots, inexplicable discrepancies, and a polling station that opened too late were also included in the complaint. UKPK has indicated that it will not make any further statements about this, because the process is still underway.
