WILLEMSTAD - The police are looking for Rafaely Molina. She is a minor and fled from Venezuela. She applied for asylum in Curaçao, but is locked up in the SDKK prison.
The judge called on Minister Girigorie in May and said that she should not be imprisoned. She was then placed in isolation in the youth delinquency center, which means that the authorities did not comply with the judge’s order. She remained behind bars.
Rafaely escaped last Tuesday. She is now in hiding again.
