WILLEMSTAD - Minister Grapperhaus and Undersecretary Harbers will visit Curacao and Aruba this week. The visit focuses on combating organized crime and problems in the immigration chain on the islands.
The ministers arrived yesterday and are, among other things, visiting the barracks in Curacao. "It is also in the interests of the Netherlands that the immigration chain is in order," says Harbers.
“That is why we support the islands, for example by providing training. In the coming days I want to see and hear how this collaboration is going."
