Undersecretary Raymond Knops to visit Curaçao, Bonaire and Aruba

THE HAGUE - Undersecretary Raymond Knops (Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations) will pay a working visit to Curaçao, Bonaire and Aruba from 3 to 7 July.

The working visit to Curaçao will start on 3 July, where Knops will meet with Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas, Deputy Prime Minister Ruthmilda Larmonie-Cecilia and the Council of Ministers. There is also a meeting with Mgr. Luis Secco on the program.

On July 5, the Undersecretary will arrive on Bonaire, where he will speak with Island Governor Edison Rijna and Island Secretary Ms. Wendy Pelk.

The Undersecretary will also visit Plenchi di Trabou and visit the first buyer of a home who has made use of the Bonaire Mortgage Guarantee. He also goes with Stinapa to Klein Bonaire to see the progress of planting 200 sabal palms on site. A visit to the harbor and pier is also on the program.

Knops will travel to Aruba on 7 July, where he will meet with outgoing Prime Minister Mrs. Evelyne Wever-Croes and visiting Aruba Aloe.
