WILLEMSTAD - Former Minister and member of the opposition party KdNT Carlos Monk filed a complaint yesterday at the National Criminal Investigation Department against all ministers of the Rhuggenaath cabinet.
According to Monk, they would have enriched themselves personally by introducing the salary increase from scale 17 to scale 18. Monk belongs to the Fundashon Hustisia Pa Un i Tur (Justice for All). He previously filed a complaint against ministers Steven Martina and Marilyn Alcalá-Wallé.
