WILLEMSTAD - There is no deal yet with the takeover candidate for the Isla refinery, the local company Curaçao Oil Refinery Complex B.V. (CORC).
According to the Director of the Curaçao Refinery (RdK) Marcelino de Lannoy, there are several issues that still need to be resolved and agreed upon. But he does not give more details about what these issues are and from which side of the table they are coming from.
There is no clarity about a date on which the acquisition contract must now be signed.
