WILLEMSTAD - In a post on social media, the U.S. Consulate announced that beginning August 23, 2021 all individuals over the age of 14 years visiting the Consular Section will be required to show either a proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR or Antigen test administered with 3 days of the interview.
Applicants without a vaccine or negative Covid-19 test will not be allowed into the Consulate. Furthermore, facemasks are still required in the Consulate building.
For U.S. Citizens in true emergency situations who cannot produce either a vaccination card or a negative Covid-19 test, will have to write to ACSCuracao@state.gov and describe their situation.
