WILLEMSTAD - Aqualectra strives for continuous development and putting its customers first and in this context the utility company will start the campaign 'My Digital Aqualectra' from 11 May. The campaign aims to support Aqualectra's customers with the step to digitally and efficiently manage water and electricity consumption. During the campaign, both information and the necessary instructions are offered to support customers when registering with 'MiKuenta'. As part of the campaign, customers can win interesting prizes in three raffles, such as credit for paying water and electricity costs. All customers who register from May 11 to June 11 or who update their personal information on the MiKuenta platform during that period will automatically be entered into the draw. In the same period and the following months, Aqualectra launches its new digital services to offer its customers more ease of use.
Digitization is one of the different ways in which Aqualectra tries to improve its service to customers through innovation. As is well known, Aqualectra has in the past launched the MiKuenta portal as its first digital platform for Aqualectra customers. In addition to MiKuenta, the Intelligent Meter project (AMI), in which Aqualectra installs intelligent water and electricity meters all over the island, is also part of Aqualectra's new digital infrastructure. Aqualectra has observed that part of the population has not yet registered with MiKuenta. Aqualectra will continue to automate its services with new digital services and existing services will gradually cease to exist. That is precisely why in the coming period so much attention will be paid to supporting and facilitating customers to participate in the transition to using digital services.
All three raffles contain ten prizes consisting of credit that can be used to pay electricity and water bills or food. Winners can choose how they spend their won amount from the above options. The main prize during the draw is an amount of ANG 500. In addition, during each draw there is a chance of winning one of three ANG 350 credits, two ANG 250 credits and four ANG 100 credits. After a participant has won, they can no longer participate in other draws during this campaign. Other participants will automatically continue to have a chance to win one of the prizes.
