WILLEMSTAD - The appeal against Roderick van Kwartel and his three co-suspects has been postponed indefinitely.
The former director of Curaçao refinery (RDK) was sentenced in First Instance to 36 months in prison for corruption in the takeover process of the oil refinery.
The reason for the postponement is that the four will be defended by lawyers from the Netherlands. But the permission for this has not yet been given by the Court.
