THE HAGUE – The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that Venezuela remains calm following the U.S. military operation that resulted in the arrest of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.
According to official information shared with Parliament, the Venezuelan Supreme Court has appointed Delcy Rodríguez as acting president. While security forces are visibly present in the capital, there have been no reports of widespread unrest or shortages.
