WILLEMSTAD - Five undocumented Venezuelans have been released from the prison barracks. They appealed to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights and may freely await what the European Court decides on the case.
The five are part of a group of 35 undocumented Venezuelans who have appealed to the European Court through their Curaçao lawyers.
More than 20 of them fled from the refugee barracks some time ago.
