WILLEMSTAD – On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the Chairman of the Stichting Bureau Toezicht en Normering Overheidsentiteiten (SBTNO), Mr. Donald de Palm, paid an official visit to the Governor of Curaçao, His Excellency Mauritsz de Kort.
During the meeting, the Governor was briefed on the important role SBTNO plays in advising on corporate governance within Curaçao’s public entities. The discussion focused on how SBTNO’s recommendations help strengthen transparency, accountability, and effective management across government-owned organizations.
