WILLEMSTAD - The WIMCO building in Saliña has been sold. Continuing the company that was declared bankrupt in December 2019 was no longer an option.
“No one is interested in restarting the company, but the building on the corner of Grebbelinieweg was recently sold,” the curator writes. More than fifteen people were interested in the building.
The property was for sale for 3.5 million guilders. The report of the examining magistrate states that the building was sold on 15 September for 3.3 million guilders. The buyer is not mentioned in the report.
