WILLEMSTAD - A Surinamese woman can await the trial of her case in freedom. She had to answer for the seven kilos of cocaine she had hidden in bottles of hair care products.
She was caught at the Hato airport. But the woman has a minor daughter in the Netherlands who, due to her arrest, now remains without parental supervision. The judge did not think that was desirable, so he set her free.
Later she must appear again in court.
