WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 1691 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 118 of them were positive. 466 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is now 1777.
According to the epidemiology department, there were 30 imported cases.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) until this morning: 41 COVID-related patients are in the hospital, 11 of them are in the ICU. Unfortunately, 1 patient has died in the hospital.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 229.
