WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 904 people that were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 13 of them resulted positive. 12 cases were taken out of isolation. The total number of active infections is 101.
According to the epidemiology department, no imported cases were detected. After more investigation it became known that 1 case was recorded incorrectly. The necessary adjustments have been made.
The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 8 COVID-related patients are in the hospital. 2 of them are in the ICU.
The total COVID-related death since the beginning of the pandemic is 175.
